Staff development is highly valued, with monthly internal workshops, active mentoring, peer review with experienced senior site/PM staff, and regular performance reviews. From top to bottom, this contractor is well-organized. They currently have a need for a Project Manager to step in and manage several projects. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects to ensure their successful delivery, achieving the required project outcomes. This involves regular contact with project team members, site managers, subcontractors, and other consultants. You will proactively monitor commercial and contractual issues and provide feedback. Ensuring project costs are measured, monitored, and agreed upon is essential. There will also be a strong emphasis on OSH and compliance.
