About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Support to join the team on a 12 month contract.
As a Project Support, you will be responsible for administrative support and the resolution of customer cases, processing claims, logistical coordination, and maintaining accurate records. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in the automotive industry who can provide exceptional service while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain records of transactions, claims, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy. Track financial and operational metrics and support process development.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, technical teams, and dealers to resolve service and warranty issues. Ensure compliance with warranty standards.
Track warranty loan cars and support vehicle logistics as needed.
Work with dealers on escalations related to Service, Warranty, and CGA issues, ensuring a positive customer journey.
Build strong internal and external relationships, providing clear and timely communication across teams and stakeholders.

About you
Experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with enterprise software like SAP
High-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Background in automotive aftersales or customer service – desirable
Technical knowledge within the automotive industry - desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - desirable
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
