Property Consultant, Nelson Are you passionate about property and ready to take your next step?Our Nelson team have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Consultant to join our nationally connected property team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across Aotearoa.
As part of a close knit local team with strong nationwide connections you'll support experienced consultants with: Property research and issue investigation Stakeholder communication Preparing acquisition contracts and legal documentation Coordinating settlements Supporting legalisation actions You'll have the option to work part time or full time hours and be based in any of our Top of the South offices.

About you: We're open to applications from a wide range of backgrounds.
You might: Be a recent graduate with a property-related tertiary qualification Come from a legal or conveyancing background and be looking for a new direction Have experience managing commercial property leases Be working in valuation or a related field No matter your technical background, you'll definitely bring: A passion and enthusiasm for property Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively Familiarity with the preparation of contract documentation A general understanding of land and contract law Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Public Works Act ****) is a plus A current, clean driver's licence Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
