Hours of work:15 hours per week, Monday to Friday Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role.

About the role Ensure the facility and grounds are well maintained and presented.
Provide ongoing maintenance according to the annual plan, ensuring timely and efficient upkeep of plant and buildings.
Undertake minor carpentry, painting and redecorating tasks as required.
Liaise with residents and facility management to solve any general maintenance issues.
Manage external contractors.
