We will count on you to: Conduct diverse valuations across various property types, including commercial, industrial, educational, and specialized properties. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies that enhance business relationships and grow our portfolio. What you need to have: NZIV and/or AAPI with CPV qualification (or similar) and at least 2 years of overall valuation experience. Experience in insurance and financial reporting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A logical thinker with an analytical mindset who thrives in both independent and team settings. A willingness to travel and explore new horizons!
