We are looking for a General Manager for our Tauranga based cleaning company. This is a full-time and permanent position and will consist of managing the day-to-day operations of our business.
To be considered for this position, you will have availability for work 7 days a week and be prepared to work some early mornings and late nights. Ideally, you would have some relevant qualifications or experience; however, we are happy to train you for this role. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and complete work within set time frames. Knowledge in running a service-related company is also ideal.
You will be expected to perform management tasks such as managing customer relationships, ensuring that policies are in place for customer satisfaction, negotiating, formulating, drafting, editing, and signing work contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring that KPIs are adhered to, assisting in the growth of clients by increasing contracts, and coordinating with other Management or Senior staff members to ensure that staff training is conducted appropriately and that our clients are satisfied with our services. You will be solely responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of our business.

This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful applicant will be required to manage the day-to-day business operations, clients, and contracts of our business.
We are looking at a minimum pay rate of $29.66 per hour and a maximum pay rate of $35 per hour for this position, and we can guarantee at least 30 hours per week for each position.
