We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Project Delivery to lead a diverse range of property and building initiatives. As a senior leader within the Estates Group, you will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the planning, design, procurement and implementation of property and building projects. Ensure project delivery aligns with key objectives, including quality, time and cost targets. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to support senior stakeholders in decision making. Oversee change management processes, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication. Coordinate activities across multiple projects and operational functions. Provide strategic support and guidance to stakeholders on university-wide impact of initiatives and changes. Drive continuous improvement of information services, processes and resources to maximise value and impact. Ko wai koe | About you Proven experience leading complex property, building and space related projects from initiation to completion. Strong project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach to managing change. Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
