We're now seeking a tenacious Business Development Manager who's not afraid of outreach.
As our dedicated hunter, you'll be constantly on the prowl for new opportunities, relentlessly pursuing leads and converting them into loyal clients.

A little taste of your day-to-day Hunt down new business opportunities through meaningful prospecting, cold calling and strategic networking Actively pursue and convert business from competitors, growing our market share through tactical relationship building Conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalise on untapped opportunities Monitor competitor practices and market trends to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge Host compelling site inspections and familiarisation visits that showcase our unique property What we need from you Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in new business development A true hunter's mindset - relentless, driven and hungry for success Proven track record of prospecting and converting cold calls into warm relationships Deep understanding of sales processes with a demonstrated ability to close deals Sharp market awareness with the ability to spot and seize opportunities Team player mentality with the confidence to work independently A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Bachelors degree/higher education or equivalent experience Full working rights within New Zealand with no restrictions What you can expect from us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
