Be prepared to work night and day shifts when required. As a F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in presenting our food and beverage facilities in the best light. You will be responsible for carrying out daily restaurant, bar, and conference service while maintaining the high standards of customer service that Woodhouse is known for. At this time, we are looking for those interested in a part-time position. Responsibilities: Monitoring table reservations. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality. Upholding the restaurant's policies and procedures. Following the Supply of Alcohol Act. Knowledgeably presenting menu options and providing recommendations to guests. Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations. Experience: Prior experience in Food & Beverage. Previous experience in customer service. Ability to think on your feet and work independently. NZ resident or applicable Visa.
