Williams drainage and civil is a small family business based in Pukekohe, Auckland. Due to increasing workload we require a skilled digger operator to join our team. The majority of our work is in the local Franklin area working on large scale subdivisions and roading projects, which are long term jobs so less travel from site to site. The successful candidate must have the following:
NZ driver's licence
Experience in operating a digger up to 30 tonne
Be reasonably fit as will be required to get out and give the drainlayer a hand at times.
Have a good work ethic and take pride in their work and looking after machinery
Be efficient, use your initiative, and understand the steps in the process of the job from start to finish
Comply with health and safety requirements
Be prepared to work long hours in the summer and alternate Saturdays ( Half day)
Be punctual and reliable and have a Can do” attitude
Drug free is a must
