Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Sales role based in Auckland, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing exceptional customer service, and advising clients on real estate market trends. The role also includes conducting property appraisals, negotiating deals, and building long-term client relationships to drive sales goals while adhering to local real estate regulations.
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required.
Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge.
Proven proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to effectively engage and assist clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work setup.
