About the role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the People Strategy for Babcock Australasia, directly influencing the success of the Business Unit/Division you support. Your expertise in HR will be pivotal in ensuring that HR plans, projects, and activities are effectively implemented, aligning with our broader business goals.
