You'll be working closely with home owners to help them achieve their property goals, from appraisals to listing homes, creative marketing and conducting open homes. You'll be there from the start right through to settlement, ensuring our clients have a memorable experience. Leads will be provided, but you will also be expected to build and nurture a good client base. Real Estate is not a 9-5 Monday to Friday role but you won't be doing it all on your own. Being part of a collaborative team means you'll enjoy guilt free holidays, flexible working hours and even occasional weekends off!
Our ideal candidate will hold a current REA license and have a track record of successfully listing and selling properties. You'll have an eye for detail and a genuine passion for property. You'll offer sound advice, creative marketing ideas and be a strong negotiator. You're someone that believes in working smart, not hard.
