About the role
Join a busy community clinic in Mt Cook as a key member of their six-person administration team. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring all clients and visitors feel at ease while providing essential administration support. This is a full-time, six-week temporary assignment starting early March, with a high possibility of extension.
Welcome and direct clients and visitors in person and via phone.
Manage clinician calendars and schedule patient appointments.
Process incoming referrals and distribute daily mail.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional reception area.
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable disposition.
Strong multitasking abilities and resilience in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
