In this role you will: Partner closely with recovering clients and their whānau, providers, and employers Communicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face (kanohi ki te kanohi)Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recovery Support your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomes Mōu | About you You might be an administrator or work in a customer-focused industry aiming to advance your career. Personal resilience: Support clients in challenging circumstances without taking it home. Clean New Zealand driver’s license: Travel to clients as needed.
