On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Recruitment Consultants by: Generating leads for new placements Marketing to new and existing candidates Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and social platforms Performing various administrative tasks Engaging with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements This role offers an exciting pathway to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.
