Essential criteria for the position include:•Current New Zealand Registration as a Registered Nurse •Ability to provide safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice with excellent clinical skills •Commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents•Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team•Ability to work on a rotating roster•Personable with great interpersonal skills•Excellent listener•Excellent communication skillsKey Responsibilities•Delivering individualised clinical-based nursing care (e.g. clinical assessments, monitoring and updating care plans) to our residents.•Complex wound care, continence management, medication management, catheter management and assisting with palliation of residents. •Promoting a positive culture, well-being and enablement amongst staff members.•Leading and mentoring the clinical care team.•Supporting the Clinical Manager and village Manager to fulfil the objectives for effective and efficient management of the facility.•Comply with Company Clinical Policy and Procedures and relevant Aged Care Legislations.
