With the option of flexibility, you will be able to choose the shifts that suit your current needs.As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to: Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care Develop and monitor care plans Carry out clinical assessments Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP’s Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience Hold a current APC or hold a CAP Letter from NCNZ Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with others Excellent time management and prioritising skills Familiar with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
