We're looking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can make decisions on repayment arrangements that will help our customers.
What does this role entail? Making and receiving phonecalls to assist customers with outstanding accounts Communicating with customers via email regarding account resolution Identifying customer issues and developing resolution plans, ensuring a high level of customer experience Flexible scheduling within office hours (8 hours between 8:30am and 7pm) What do we need from you? Customer service or finance background beneficial, but not essential Proficiency in computer and basic data entry skills Legal eligibility to work in NZ as per NZ Immigration requirements What do you get from us?
