Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.
Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
What you'll do Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness.
Drive Promotional Execution: Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials.
Support Smooth Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives.
Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
