Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll need to succeed:

• Ability to engage with customers and bring their home visions to life
• A confident attitude for selling and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy
• At least two years of retail experience, preferably with home/lifestyle products
• An eye for styling solutions and recommendations
• Ability to balance customer service with administrative duties
• Physical ability to undertake lifting and work in a furniture store environment
