Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ability to engage with customers and bring their home visions to life
- A confident attitude for selling and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy
- At least two years of retail experience, preferably with home/lifestyle products
- An eye for styling solutions and recommendations
- Ability to balance customer service with administrative duties
- Physical ability to undertake lifting and work in a furniture store environment
