About the role:

We are on the lookout for a committed and energetic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager capacity at our brand-new store opening in Manawa Bay this Spring!

To be successful, you will need:

An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!

Solid and demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards

Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the store effectively and be a true Brand Ambassador

Solid skills in coaching and developing team members

To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions

To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
