Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Westgate store!

About The Role

This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week). The working hours are:

• Sunday: 9.45am - 5.30pm
• Monday & Tuesday: 8.45am - 5.45pm
• Wednesday: 9am - 5.45pm
• Thursday: 9.45am - 5.45pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager on all operational aspects and managing the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily.
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach: interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident during fittings.
• Achieving operational goals through merchandising, loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
