About the Role
We are seeking Corporate Travel Consultants to join our New Zealand team. If you have exceptional client service skills and value work-life balance, this role is for you! Your typical day will involve managing end-to-end travel management solutions for clients, including travel arrangements, transfers, and bookings. You should be task-oriented and comfortable handling multiple travel-related activities.
About You:
Experience in international or domestic corporate travel
Exceptional client service and task management skills
Comfortable using travel technology and booking systems
Experience consulting via phone, email, and e-chat, dealing directly with clients and agents
Ability to manage all aspects of client relationships throughout their enquiry and booking process
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
