Reporting to the Head of Digital Platforms and based in Newmarket, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide in-depth leadership and guidance on all things Cyber Security.

As the Cyber Security Manager, you will provide expert advice on the design, implementation and operation of information security controls.

You will be responsible for ensuring we maintain data confidentiality and integrity, as well as meeting all legislation and regulatory standards.

This is a great opportunity for a highly talented Cyder Security Manager to show their capabilities in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be working on a diverse range of projects and with stakeholders from across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include; Setting security policies and developing companywide standards Implementing organisation-wide tools and techniques for digital risk awareness Providing expert advice and recommendations for appropriate control improvements Investigating major security breaches Overseeing security awareness, as well as internal learning and development programmes.

Your background will include: Proven experience in an operations management position Previous experience leading an internal security function In-depth experience building out a greenfields security environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience working in an agile environment Ability to think outside the square and challenge the status quo.
