About the Role
Door Dash is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to join the New Verticals Business Development team, to sign net new retailers in New Zealand. You will be responsible for selling Door Dash’s full suite of products to retailers across our New Verticals categories, including general merchandise, as well as emerging verticals such as pets, fashion, beauty, hardware, consumer electronics, and more.
You will report to the Director of New Verticals Business Development, ANZ. This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote / meeting and pitching to prospective partners.

Leverage your experience and network previously dealing with New Zealand’s largest retailers
Develop the tactical strategy for engaging each retailer in the sales pipeline, including the largest retailers in the country
Successfully negotiate and close retail partnerships across our suite of products, including Marketplace and White‑Label Deliveries
Model, present and defend P&L implications for various deal structures for prospective partners
Manage the deal process with senior internal and external stakeholders to get alignment and approval on your proposed partnerships

Have 10+ years of Enterprise business development and sales experience
Are experienced in negotiating partnerships with C‑Suite executives at large and complex organisations, including an ability to lead analysis‑driven negotiation processes
Are analytically minded, have strong excel (or Google Sheet) modeling skills and always use data to ground your decisions and make your case
Love working directly with clients; you create and maintain impactful long‑term relationships with senior executives in major organisations
Know how to take very ambiguous and evolving challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear goals
