About this Service Desk Analyst Role

We are looking for a qualified or self-taught technology guru who is self-motivated, wanting to upskill themselves and learn something different every day.

We want someone who can learn new technology on the go, while utilizing your current skill sets.

Someone who can talk to customers from all walks of life while working through a wide range of technological faults, or requests. Be a flexible and friendly team member, a joy to deal with and our customers know you by name because you are unbelievably awesome.

The ability to adapt to new processes or changes. We are providing cutting edge new future proofed technology to our customers.

We support our customers around the clock, 365 days a year, so you may be required to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

You don't need experience to have:
A great attitude.

You will ideally have:
The following technologies would be preferred - Broadband,
Corporate WAN, VoIP delivered over copper, PABX hardware, Cisco
routers/switches, Cloud based products, Firewall, Ready Cloud Collaboration, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Pure Cloud, Skype for Business & Teams Calling.
2+ years' experience in a customer service environment such as experience in a contact centre / IT service desk.
Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential) 
Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous
