Rehabilitation Services Manager - Auckland Intensive Rehabilitation Services Manager Full-Time Dynamic team Personal and Professional Development ABI Rehabilitation currently have a full-time vacancy (starting mid-January ****) for a Rehabilitation Services Manager in our Auckland intensive service.
The Rehabilitation Services Manager has the responsibility for ensuring the delivery of best practice neuro rehabilitation to clients and their families within the intensive rehabilitation service.
The role works in collaboration with the Auckland Nursing Services Manager to ensure safe, effective and high quality is maintained for the daily operations of the service.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the allied health team including recruitment, orientation, and training Oversee all functions of the allied health including efficiency, effectiveness and reporting Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the allied health team Work closely with the Rehabilitation Physician and Nursing Services Manager to direct and coordinate clinical care Use evidence-based practices within clinical decision-making process Perform development reviews and staff engagement in line with the overall ABI HR programme Ensure that the service expenditure and allied health staffing is in line with the budget Skills Required: Bachelor in relevant health profession Experience in a Neuro Rehabilitation Demonstrated high standard of clinical care and clinical safety management Strong time management and systems development skills Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team You will also have access to exclusive discounts from selected retailers such as PB Tech, Pita Pit, Place Makers, Repco, Torpedo7, Tower Insurance and others.
