About the role:

Seeking a full-time

Retail Team Leader

to join our team based at

Auckland Airport.

Your main responsibility will be to provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service to our valued customers and provide basic sales & customer service support to new appointees in your team. Your efforts will support the team and business to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients & customers and achieve the business objectives of the organisation.

provides our customers with a wide range of

Duty Free

products and we are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!

To be successful, you will need:

An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical

Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards

Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are effective

To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions

To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights
