The Role Our Information Security team is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients, employees, and infrastructure by building a secure and trusted environment. As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing robust security measures that protect our systems, data and assess from evolving cyber threats. What You’ll Do Design and implement security frameworks aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security into enterprise technology systems and processes Secure hybrid environments, including on-premises, Azure, and AWS, while managing access policies. Proactively monitor systems for vulnerabilities, breaches, and potential threats. Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis, containment, and post-incident reviews. Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, and business units to promote a security-first culture. Deploy and optimise cybersecurity tools such as SIEM and endpoint protection solutions. Optimise security alerting and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency. Strengthen on-premises, cloud (Azure, AWS), and hybrid infrastructure while managing identity, access controls, MFA, and conditional access policies. What You’ll Bring: You’re a cybersecurity expert with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex challenges. Additionally, you will bring with you the following experience: Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and practices, including network security and cryptography. Expertise in firewall configurations, security protocols, and vulnerability management.5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in senior or leadership roles. Hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure, and endpoint security products. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
