About the role Join our team as a Senior Project Manager and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality programmes, projects, and initiatives that support our corporate strategy and Gen35 objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects in complex environments, ensuring alignment with business benefits and driving innovation in the energy sector. In this role you will; Define the scope with clear linkages to business benefits and develop and execute the project as per the agreed delivery plan, timeline, budget, and deliverables. Coordinate with external partners and technology providers to ensure alignment and integration of solutions. Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. Facilitate workshops and meetings with various parties to elicit requirements, feedback, and insights. Monitor, report, and drive resolution for key risks and issues, and evaluate project outcomes and impacts. About you: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for leading transformative projects in the energy sector. We would also be happy to consider programme managers who may be interested in roles with us. Our preferred candidate will have; Tertiary qualification or equivalent business/industry experience in a business discipline. Extensive senior project management experience, with exposure to highly technical and complex integration environments. Demonstrable experience working within large-scale transformation programmes and managing concurrent projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. Experience working system transformations such as FMS or ERP projects would be highly advantageous.
