As a key member of our Security team, you’ll play an essential part in detecting, investigating, and responding to security threats that impact both Tower and our valued customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Information Security, you’ll be a trusted guardian of our digital environment—ensuring our people, data, and systems stay secure, while also championing a culture of cyber awareness across the business. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like: Be our eyes and ears: Monitor, correlate, and analyse security events from a range of sources—both internal and external—to spot anomalies before they become threats. Uncover the truth: Dive deep into security incidents to find the root cause, leading any forensic investigations and coordinating effective incident responses. Engineer smarter security: Automate, fine-tune, and strengthen our security tools and controls to stay ahead of evolving risks and ensure compliance with frameworks like PCI, NIST CSF, and CIS. Drive continuous improvement: Keep our operational security processes sharp, up-to-date, and ready to respond to the unexpected. What you'll need5 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft security tools (Purview / Defender / Sentinel / Entra ID) or5 years' hands-on experience with application / network security products in a corporate environment Subject Matter Expert in configuring operational toolsets including SIEM, Email & Web content-filtering, WAF, Endpoint Detection & Response, Vulnerability Scanning, CASB, Threat Emulation, Penetration Testing with some Project Management Skills In depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID skills, focused on security elements.
