We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Stock & Fulfilment Assistant / Driver to support our beautiful boutiques and warehouse team with the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Flo & Frankie running smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO :• Picking and collecting stock directly from our stores across Auckland, as well as stock drop offs.• Processing and managing stock transfer paperwork.• Assisting with the coordination of wholesale order collections.• Picking, packing, and sending out online orders.• Assisting with general warehouse duties.• Driving to stores and suppliers as needed. This is a physically active, full-time role with great variety. You’ll work across both our warehouse and our boutiques — perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, passionate team environment. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:• A full, clean NZ driver’s license is essential.• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.• Great attention to detail and strong time management skills.• Confidence using systems to track stock and process orders.• High energy, a consistent work ethic, and the ability to show initiative.• Strong organisational and communication skills.• A well-presented appearance – you’ll often be on the shop floor and the face of support to our customers.• Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.• Physically fit and comfortable moving boxes and operating warehouse equipment.• Previous experience in warehousing, retail, logistics, or working with inventory is preferred but not essential.
