View here Experienced Change Manager | 6 month contract Christchurch Central, Canterbury PMO People are a specialist recruitment agency, focusing on corporate project management roles. We are currently looking for an experienced change manager to step into an immediate contract with one of our favourite clients. Sitting within their central PMO you will be working across key projects within the business. We are looking for 3x change managers, two at a senior level and one more junior or intermediate. These roles sit within high performing teams that like to have fun while providing a professional and well thought out solutions to the business. Responsibilities will be varied but will include: Change Strategy: Develop and execute change management strategies for both the regulatory change and commercial operating model projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and support for the changes, building positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Change Communication: Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the changes, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Change Readiness: Monitor and evaluate the readiness of the organisation and its employees to embrace the changes, adapting strategies as required. Change Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and continuously improve the change management process. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a track record of successful change implementations. Experience within a retail, FMCG or primary industry organisation will be an advantage Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
