Our Noel Leeming Services team is revolutionizing the customer experience by providing comprehensive end-to-end service. We depend on our services team to ensure customers receive the right solutions through live demonstrations, support, advice, and the delivery, installation, and setup of solutions at home or in workplaces.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer-focused, and eager to enhance the overall experience. Strong communication skills and troubleshooting ability are essential. A proactive 'get it done' attitude and work ethic are equally important.
This position is based in our Hastings Noel Leeming store, working Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, totaling 45 hours per week.
What is your key to success?

Experience and passion in sales, installation, or customer service
Confidence in setting up and installing technology
Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adapt technical language to the customer
Problem-solving skills and confidence in troubleshooting
Willingness to develop your career through onsite training and certifications
