Show them your sparkling and helpful personality and help make sure they have the best day ever!You will need to: Make sure our guests have loads of fun! Provide efficient, polite and professional service to all guests. Provide up-to-date and accurate information to the public on products and prices and what they can experience on Mt Ruapehu Ski Areas. Competently operate the Point of Sale and EFTPOS system as required. Deal with complaints, compliments and suggestions in a helpful and empathetic manner. Provide assistance to your fellow team members and around the mountain at all times.
