The role: We want you | e hiahia ana matou ki a koe Through increased sales our Taupo branch is now looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team, so if you are looking for a role where you can get out and about and be part of a great in-store team then hit apply now!Your day is going to be busy out on the road delivering products and building relationships with our customers as well as serving customers on the trade counter, picking & packing orders, stocking shelves, and helping in other areas of the branch when required. This is a big customer service role so previous experience will be needed for this role. Plumbing World is committed to our customer service promise, and we are focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, so it’s all hands-on deck at the trade counter before 9am no matter your role in the branch, this is to ensure customers are looked after straight away and they get what they need to start their day. Hands-on role – serving customers on the trade counter and helping with Inwards. Customer-focused – when out doing deliveries. Teamwork is what we are all about – get stuck in and get it done. A willingness to learn, and be part of the team with a good attitude. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday.
