Job Description This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice, to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You'll also provide support to our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Additionally, you'll help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Hours of work are: Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 12:30am Please note you must be aged over 16 to be eligible for this role due to the requirement of working past 10pm. Qualifications Ideally you will have: Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role A positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods Additional Information What can The Warehouse offer you?
