We are interested in hearing from individuals who would like to be considered for any future Technical Field Officer roles with us at Farmlands.
This role has a strong focus on account management and maintaining relationships with shareholders from many backgrounds. You will be the face of Farmlands to many shareholders that spend their time on the farm - so we need someone who believes in what we do and the service we have been providing for more than 50 years.
Mohou ake | About you
You will be someone who is familiar with the rural farming and agritech community, with relevant industry experience. Able to give confident technical advice - you will be who our shareholders turn to for information! A strong focus on sales and relationship building, good verbal and written communication skills and a motivation to succeed are critical to your success in this role. Being computer literate would be advantageous.

Strong agronomy knowledge
Extensive sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Arable experience
Good all-round general knowledge of farming systems
