We are looking for a reliable rotational Pharmacist with a willingness to improve community health, has excellent communication skills and is confident approaching people from all backgrounds.
Role responsibilities: Rotate through all Stellar Pharmacy Group stores. Final/clinical check of dispensed medications, check dosage and ensure that medicines are correctly labelled & supplied. Review over-the-counter (OTC) and medical prescriptions to ensure they are suitable for a patient. Work closely with Retail Manager to drive business and develop business strategies. Manage, supervise and train pharmacy support staff.
Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with 6+ months' experience. Registered with the Pharmacy Council of NZ or working toward registration e.g. in period of supervised practice. Have qualifications or working towards being accredited in ECP, MUR, TMP, CPAM's and immunisations. Knowledge of Toniq software is preferable. Full NZ drivers' license. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
