About this role
We are looking for a passionate, driven customer service professional who loves delivering memorable client experiences! A passion for the luxury homeware industry is advantageous as is a flair for the creative. Join our supportive team and begin your career at Coco and our family of brands.
What you'll do
Demonstrate excellence in sales and customer service
Drive administrative tasks to support the sales process
Work toward personal and team sales targets
Provide additional services such as home styling visits
Who you are
You have experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
You love being surrounded by beautiful furniture & homewares
Strong written and verbal communicator
Desire to build a career in the luxury homewares industry
Ability to hit sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Full time & Casual positions available (1 weekend day required)
