If you have experience in the jewellery industry, that's a plus, but if not, don't worry; we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role. Hours include late nights and weekends. The role: Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture. Achieve personal sales targets through excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targets. Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude. Support your team. Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximizing efficiency and time. About you: Sales experience required; you must be a real sales "superstar."You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a "people" person. You will be professionally presented, well-spoken, and experienced in retail sales. Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries. Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store. Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities.
