About the opportunity As the Jobsite Solutions Manager, your role involves overseeing and coaching the Jobsite Solutions team, helping them meet their targets, and driving consistent market share growth.
You'll provide support and guidance to ensure the team is successful in achieving these goals.
Key Duties To coach, guide and develop your Jobsite solutions team to ensure we have a successful team of high performers.
Regular coaching through ride days with the team to keep training fresh and consistent.
Drive the team to Demonstrate Milwaukee Tools and show the user our value proposition at every contact.
Execute a regional plan with your team to effectively seek out and convert new users to Milwaukee products.
Work closely with the other Managers to build relationships with our dealer network and present Milwaukee's Jobsite solutions program on a regular basis.
Ensuring all mandatory administration is up to date in SFCRM.
