This role is responsible for selling Skills Development Group products and services, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and supporting smooth sales operations. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining client satisfaction. Job Description What you'll be doing: Grow revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Conduct regular sales outreach through calls and emails to convert prospects. Close deals and achieve sales targets that contribute to business growth. Represent Skills Group at networking events and industry conferences. Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities. Process inbound sales enquiries and qualify leads. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems. Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent client service and smooth implementation. Desired Skills And Experience What you’ll bring: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in professional services or B2 B environments. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience with CRM systems and data management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
