We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has enthusiasm about cooking, thrives in meeting and exceeding guest expectations and a flexible attitude towards an ever changing environment. Working in cohesion with a great team of up and coming Chef's, whilst reporting to the Head Chef. You can make this opportunity your own. Job Description Organise and deliver outstanding dinner food and service Prepping for conferencing Liaise with Head Chef on communication between food and beverage production and service Be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed in the department Check all food is stored and handled as per food control plan When required, assist Head Chef with training of staff within your department Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in similar role (qualified chef preferred) Available 7 days a week on a rotating roster (most weekends) Team player and hard worker Multitasks under pressure Find a yes for guest dietary needs Eligibility to work in New Zealand Additional Information Why work for Accor?
