About the Role: Wesco is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Communications & Data division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving GP budgets for the brands and product lines under your portfolio. You will also play a crucial role in introducing and expanding WESCO/ANX solutions to our existing and new customer base. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and grow WESCO/ANX solutions within the customer base. Lead and train the sales team on Data and Communication solutions. Optimize the national sales pipeline and manage CRM accuracy. Generate new business and expand customer adoption of Wesco solutions. Maintain strong relationships within the reseller channel. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Directors on brand strategies and promotions. Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the communications and data sectors. You should be a strategic thinker, capable of driving growth and fostering strong relationships within the reseller channel. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. Experience in sales management with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Telco, IT or Communications industry and market trends in New Zealand.
