Job seniority:mid-to-senior level Responsibilities • Enhancing and supporting the use of Salesforce Sales and Experience Clouds. • Working closely with the Customer Platform and Technology teams. • Designing and delivering initiatives to change how Xero engages with its customers. • Undertaking software application development on Xero's suite of products. • Contributing to new or improved experiences for customers. Requirements • A few years of exposure to Salesforce in a professional environment. • Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud solutions. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, Aura, and Lightning Web Components. • Previous experience with Salesforce development and implementation lifecycle. • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling. • Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn. • Salesforce certification preferred but not required.
