Our client is a Central West Auckland secondary school and they are looking for a Social Sciences teacher for a full-time role commencing in Term 1 2025 Our client is a west Auckland coed secondary school and they are looking for a NZ registered Social Sciences teacher, for ongoing fulltime employment commencing in Term 1 2025 The successful applicant will be employed under the terms of the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement. Applicants must be NZ residents or have the strong likelihood of obtaining a work visa quickly. All applicants must have a Bachelors degree with a Social Science major (i.e., History, Geography, Psychology) in their academic record. Our client is looking for effective, team players who will teach their main subject in senior school (Y11-13) and social studies in junior school (Y9&10). While an experienced teacher would be ideal, we will consider excellent, qualified beginner teachers. All our teachers are expected to pay a full part in extracurricular school (i.e., sporting or club) activities.
