Any Graduate
Experience:
3 to 5 years in Mortgages & Home Loans and 2 to 3 years of team handling experience
Reports to:
Area Manager
Purpose:
Responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention, and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees, and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Area/Geography Mapping:
Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Work closely with team members on geography mapping, audit and review progress regularly, and share reports with superiors.
Source Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with all sources within the geographic area.
Joint Calls:
Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.
Channel Partner Recruitment:
Identify and empanel channel partners.
Team Huddle:
Conduct daily team huddles as per the laid down process.
Team Review:
Implement and review sales processes, LMS processes, and daily functions of all team members.
