We are looking for our next Game Studio Director to oversee the entire game development process while leading a team of developers, artists, designers and other professionals. This is a key leadership role, not only for the Game Studio but also for the wider Product Business where the role sits. You'll be responsible for: Studio Leadership – providing the vision, direction and goals for the studio People Leadership – leading, mentoring and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment Project Management – overseeing the development and execution of multiple game projects simultaneously Game Development process – setting and implementing effective game development processes You'll also be responsible for ensuring we hire and onboard top talent, while providing ongoing opportunities to develop our team and grow a high-performance culture. Staying ahead of industry trends, you'll have the creative direction to ensure we consistently deliver engaging and immersive game experiences for our target audiences. You'll be someone who can take this business to the next step. You'll have strong, proven experience in a leadership role within game development. You will have the technical expertise and strategic vision to set long-term strategies and enable your business to achieve them. People leadership will not only be a strength, but also a passion.
